Picture of a Skeleton KeyHealth Care Excel's Affirmative Action Program is a set of specific, results-oriented procedures that reflect the company's commitment to equal employment opportunity. The combination of our procedures and good faith efforts will ensure equal employment opportunity.

Health Care Excel commits to the following policy

Provide equal employment opportunity for all persons for employment.

Consider all persons for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (unless sex is a bona fide occupational qualification for the job concerned), national origin, handicap, or status as a disabled veteran or veteran of the Vietnam Era.

Not discriminate with regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, or against disabled veterans and veterans of the Vietnam Era in all matters of employment including, but not limited to recruiting, hiring, training, promotions, facilities and demotions, as well as in the administration of compensation, benefits, transfers, layoffs, recalls, and selection for training or related programs, including apprenticeship, education, and company-sponsored social or recreational programs.

Ensure that employment practices conform with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding non-discrimination in employment.

Convey to employees that it is the obligation of every employee to adhere to the spirit as well as the letter of this policy. Compliance with this policy is the personal responsibility of all staff. However, compliance is particularly the responsibility of those whose duties are related to the hiring of new employees and the status or tenure of current employees.

Our Equal Employment Opportunity policy extends to all matters of employment including recruiting, hiring, education, and promotion, as well as in the administration of compensation, benefits, transfers, layoffs, education, and social or recreational programs.  The Manager, Human Resources, is the Equal Opportunity Coordinator (EOC). It is the responsibility of the EOC to monitor and report on EEO matters.  Any questions or requests regarding this policy should be addressed to the EOC.
